Shipping Policy

Due to the optional custom nature of our products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it.

Shipping Time.

Within the US: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.

UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 5 weeks.

Locations except above: around 4-5 weeks.

Shipping Cost:

We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $49.9.

For orders under: $8 flat rate shipping.

For orders under $49.9 in Canada, UK, Australia, and selected European countries, we charge $10 flat rate shipping.

Important to Note:

• Updates or changes to shipping address must be made within 30 minutes of your order. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately. If you need express shipping, please refer to your cost at checkout.  

• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will charge you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the charge is paid.
